Filled PP Compounds

When we speak of filled PP compounds, it also becomes critical to understand their manufacturing process.  For the filled PP compounds manufacturing process, compounding polypropylene is used with final fillers, like mica, talc, chalk, glass and so on. To these various additives like various antioxidants, procession aids, lubricants, and even desiccants are all combined.

Additionally, the compounds that are used, are either directly used or diluted depending on the required grades of polypropylenes that need to be produced; displaying good dispensability and even an excellent balance as far as the properties of the final product is concerned. The fillers that are added in finally meant to complement and incorporate additional properties that are critical for the final products or output.
